Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Create That Cake has the right to cancel the order.
Sales, Discount Codes & Promotional Offer Codes
We may run sales or offer discount or promotional codes from time to time.
Codes for discounts or other special promotional offers must be entered at the checkout stage. Please ensure the code is showing prior to submitting and paying for your order.
Refunds will not be given if a code was not applied during the checkout stage or an item was purchased outside of sale dates.
Only one discount or offer code can be used per order.
Payment on our website is by Afterpay, Laybuy, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Out Of Stock Items
All items advertised on our website are held ready for dispatch, but on rare occasions, items may be out of stock due to an error. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We would like you to read our Returns Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products via our website. Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms.
Create That Cake handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Please make your purchase decision carefully, because we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If there is a fault with an item you ordered, please message us to discuss a resolution. We may request evidence of the problem or require you to return the item.
If there is a problem with your order (for example an incorrect item), please message us within 5 business days of receiving your order with the relevant details of the problem so we can discuss a resolution and guide you through the return process, if necessary.
Returning An Item (If Applicable)
We may give you written authorisation to return your package with return postage details. Do not return any items without this authorisation. We will not refund the costs of postage for any item returned if it has not been authorised by us first.
If we have requested you return the item, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; it will need to be sent to us directly to the address provided by our customer service. The item(s) must be returned within 10 business days of contact with customer service.
After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will generally be submitted to the payment provider by us within 3 business days of our receipt of returned products.
Refunds must be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the payment provider. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 2 weeks of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
Create That Cake delivers Australia-wide. Standard shipping orders are sent via our preferred courier or postal service and varies depending on your location and the size of your order. Express shipping orders are sent via StarTrack.
All deliveries have tracking and can be traced. You will receive an email with the relevant tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from when your order is processed if you selected standard shipping. Express shipping may take up to 4 business days.
All orders (unless a prior arrangement is made) must be delivered to a physical address, not a PO box or Parcel Locker. Signature on delivery will be required for large orders. If no one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.
If you enter an incorrect address and the order is missing, re-ordering will be at your own expense. If the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay a minimum of $10 shipping to have it re-sent. Rates may be higher depending on your location and weight of your package. You will be quoted and charged at the actual cost incurred to re-ship the order.
