This scraper is perfect for creating sharp and straight edges on your buttercream, ganache or fondant cakes.

How To Use
Hold against the side of your cake and scrape around the cake to smooth the edges.
For the best results, warm the scraper in hot water and wipe dry before using to help smooth the icing.
It is easier (but not essential) to use this with a turntable.
